How do I cancel my PDF SuperApp Pro subscription?
On iOS, open Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → PDF SuperApp Pro → Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PDF SuperApp Pro → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account, open PDF SuperApp, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, and your Pro access will be restored.
Are my documents uploaded anywhere?
No. PDF SuperApp processes your documents entirely on your device. We never upload, copy, or read the contents of your files.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the app removes all local data. If you also want us to delete any waitlist or support record we hold, email us at the address below.
