Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and PDF SuperApp (“we”, “us”) covering your use of the PDF SuperApp mobile application and our website at https://www.pdfsuperapp.com (together, the “Service”). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

When you use the App on iOS, your use is additionally subject to Apple’s Standard EULA for Licensed Applications. On Android, your use is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms. You may not redistribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or use the App in any way that infringes our or anyone else’s rights.

PDF SuperApp does not upload your documents to our servers. The PDFs, scans, edits, and annotations you create with the App remain yours, stored on your device. You are solely responsible for the legality of the content you process with the App.

• PDF SuperApp Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly). The price, billing period, and any free trial are displayed before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each period at the then-current price unless you cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device settings (iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We are not able to issue refunds for store-handled purchases.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party right;
• Scan, store, edit, or distribute content you do not have the right to handle;
• Attempt to interfere with, disable, or circumvent any security or subscription mechanism of the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall PDF SuperApp or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be brought to your attention in-app or by email where appropriate.
